We have four premium private simulator bays fitted with professional launch monitor technology, a fully licensed bar, and a relaxed social atmosphere. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or you’ve never picked up a club, you’ll have a brilliant time.

We’re based in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. Full address and directions are available on our contact page. We’re easy to get to by car and a short walk from the town centre.

Absolutely. You don’t need any golf experience to enjoy Birdie Bays. Our team will get you set up and comfortable in minutes. The simulators are easy to use, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming – no golf snobbery here.

Sessions are flexible – you choose your slot length when you book. Options typically range from 30 minutes to 2 hours, so you can pick whatever suits you. Head to our online booking system to see available times and durations.

Absolutely – all ages are welcome at Birdie Bays. Children must be accompanied by an adult, and under-18s can’t be served from the bar, but they’re more than welcome to play and enjoy the simulators. It’s a great family activity.

Yes – there’s free parking right outside the venue with plenty of spaces. We’re located at Greenwood Court business park on Cartmel Drive, which is easy to access by car and has no parking restrictions.

Booking is quick and easy through our online booking system. Head to the Book Now page, choose your preferred bay, date, and time, and you’re done in under a minute.

We always recommend booking in advance to guarantee your bay – we do get busy, especially on weekends and evenings. That said, if you’re passing and bays are free, we’ll always do our best to accommodate walk-ins. Give us a call before you head over to check availability.

We ask for cancellations to be made at least 24 hours before your booking where possible. If you need to reschedule, get in touch and we’ll do our best to move you to another time. Full cancellation policy details are available at checkout.

Not at all – anyone can book and play at Birdie Bays, member or not. Memberships simply give you access to unlimited golf, discounts, and other perks. They’re great value if you plan to come regularly, but there’s no obligation to sign up.

Casual, comfortable clothing is absolutely fine – no golf shoes or special gear needed. We provide PXG clubs free of charge, or you’re welcome to bring your own. Just turn up and play.

Yes – we provide PXG clubs free of charge for all sessions. They’re high-quality clubs suitable for all levels of golfer. Of course, if you’d prefer to bring your own set, you’re more than welcome to.

Our bays are fitted with the Protee VX and Garmin R50 launch monitors – two of the most accurate systems available for indoor golf simulation. They measure club speed, ball speed, launch angle, spin, and more, giving you detailed data on every shot.

Each bay also has slow-motion cameras so you can review your swing in real time.

Each bay comfortably accommodates up to 6 people. There’s plenty of seating, and you can take turns playing while others watch, chat, and enjoy a drink. For larger groups, we can book multiple bays or discuss full venue hire.

Yes – all of our bays support both left and right-handed play with no fuss. Just let the system know your preference when you start your session.

Yes – we have a fully licensed bar serving beers, spirits, cocktails, and soft drinks. You can order drinks to enjoy in your bay throughout your session. It’s a big part of what makes Birdie Bays the social experience it is.

As a licensed venue, we ask that guests don’t bring their own alcohol. We have a great selection of drinks behind the bar to cater for all tastes. Please get in touch if you have any specific requirements and we’ll do our best to help.

We don’t currently serve food on-site, but you’re welcome to bring your own snacks or order takeaway to the venue. Our bar has a full selection of drinks to keep you refreshed throughout your session.

We offer several rolling monthly membership plans starting from just £10/month. Each plan includes different levels of access, discounts, and perks. Full details and pricing are available on our Memberships page.

No lock-in at all. All our memberships are rolling monthly contracts – you can cancel, pause, or change your plan with one month’s notice. We want members to stay because they love what we offer, not because they’re tied in.

Yes – we host birthdays, stag and hen dos, corporate events, and more. We can book individual bays for groups or arrange full venue hire for exclusive access. Head to our Events & Venue Hire page for more information or to make an enquiry.
