  • YourGolfBooking.com – our booking platform for simulator bay hire, memberships, and gift vouchers
  • Skillest – our coaching booking platform used by our PGA professional Connor Cheshire
  • WooCommerce / Stripe / PayPal – payment processing for our online shop
  • Google Analytics – anonymised website usage analytics
  • WordPress hosting provider – website hosting and maintenance

All third parties we work with are required to handle your data securely and in accordance with applicable data protection law. We do not authorise them to use your data for their own marketing purposes.

We may also disclose your data where required to do so by law, court order, or regulatory authority.

How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. In general:

  • Booking and transaction records: 7 years (HMRC tax record requirements)
  • Customer account data: for the duration of your account, plus 2 years after last activity
